Ancestry Library Edition for Genealogical Research

For those who would like to start or continue their genealogy research, we subscribe to Ancestry Library Edition (ALE)
http://ancestrylibrary.com.

Ancestry Library Edition (ALE) is the global edition of the commercial Ancestry.com with one important difference. As there is only one account for our entire community, it is impossible for individuals to create their own account and save their records on a family tree. Library patrons must download the records, take screenshots, and/or manually create a family tree independent of ALE (either with your own spreadsheet, printed pages, etc.).

ALE contains US, UK, and Canadian Censuses, as well as vital, military, church, immigration, and territorial census records.

ALE can only be accessed at the library. Public computers are available any time the library is open. If you've connected a device to the library's WiFi, you can also access ALE from anywhere in the library during our open hours, and from the library's parking lot anytime, 24/7.
